With the association dues, you help to pay for a 24/7 secure, guard gated community which keeps track of everyone coming into the neighborhood, and prevents anyone who shouldn't be in the community from entering which creates a wonderful sense of security and privacy, and makes it so you can feel comfortable walking around the community at just about any time of day - even if that is 3 AM!
Paseos, Pathways and Trails
